Chili sin carne

Beans are good sources of protein, which is essential for muscle repair. The vegetables in this dish (carrots, celery, and tomatoes) add antioxidants, nourishing your body even more and boosting your immune system. A little pepper gives your metabolism a kick, and the addition of avocado provides a good source of healthy fat, which is an excellent anti-inflammatory. It's a perfect recipe for a cold day, when your immune system could do with a boost.
